Liquidated Property Clear Lake Shores

The following items are municipally owned and not warrantied (expressed or implied). They are surplus, unused equipment. Sold AS-IS, with best available information included as courtesy to bidders. Bidders are encouraged to inspect on-site with prior approval. Removal responsibility of buyer. Items must be paid for in cash prior to leaving City Property. Available for inspection M-Th 1P to 4P, with call ahead 281-334-2799.

1.  2002? Great Dane Mower “Chariot Jr.” ZTR, 48” cut, 17 HP Kawasaki engine. Will start and move. Serial # 451128, Model GDRZ17KAE, 378.8 Hrs. 

2. Stow Econoroll Static Roller ‘One Tonner’ 8 HP Honda engine. Does not start. Stainless steel water tank. Appears complete. Previously used when City had shell roads.

3.  2002 EZ-GO Golf Cart, Gas engine. Flooded. Does not start. Lifted, with brush guard, nerf bars, plastic hardtop w/windshield, and fold down seat in rear. Some emergency lighting included, unknown condition, as removed from service. Wheels are Douglas brand, acceptable rubber. Serial # H301-1401137 

4. 1989 S1600 International Diesel Chassis/ Dual Steering stations with 1989 Tymco Street Sweeper Unit. VIN# 1HTLAZPM1KH541024, Model#1654. Last inspected in 2016. Mileage 011,111.5. Hour Meter 2468.6 Hrs. Vacuum runs with new batteries. Truck needs batteries and likely starter and other attention. Includes other equipment installed when removed from service.

The City of Clear Lake Shores (TX), reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. Items are being sold in ‘AS-IS’ condition, presently located at Clear Lake Shores, TX.

Bidding to take place via sealed envelope delivered to City Hall (1006 S. Shore Dr. Clear Lake Shores, TX 77565) cleared labeled as to item bidding on, on the OUTSIDE of envelope. The bid submitted should have bidder name, address, phone number and amount bid clearly written on a sheet of paper inside. DO NOT ENCLOSE CASH.

Bids accepted until May 1, 2019 at 12 noon. Winners notified by 12 noon, May 3, 2019.

Successful bidder(s) will have until Friday, May 10, 2019 at 10A to present payment in cash and remove property from our lot. To take place during normal business hours.
