A big thank you to all the waterfront lease holders who have been doing a stellar job keeping up the mowing and landscaping around the waterfront. Congratulations on the classy idea for the whiskey barrel planters to stave off the rogue boat trailer parking and hindering access to those leases. There is still work to do there, but we have a great start.
If you enjoy a fire pit, or rope off your lease temporarily to hold your spot for a picnic with family and friends or to watch a fireworks display, please take the time the next day to remove barricades, fire pits, extra tables and chairs – so as to leave the water view beautiful for all to enjoy.
The City has conducted a walk around and noted quite a few leases that need some attention. The violations are as follows:
Please check your lease property and make repairs as needed to avoid the dreaded violation letter that will be mailed out soon with your annual bill.
