Items Required for Payment

Pay your fine.

By Mail

Sign the back of your citation automatically enters a plea of no contest on your behalf. Make a money order payable to "Clear Lakes Shores Municipal Court". You must include a copy of your insurance and driver's license.

At the Court Office

Pay with cash, local check, money order or credit card (except American Express).

By Credit Card

You may pay by credit card through the automated system. Please note: You will need your citation number to pay online or by phone. View the instructions:

  • Call the automated phone number: 1-800-444-1187
  • After authorization of your payment, you will be given a confirmation number that you should keep for your records

These payments may take up to 24 hours to post to the court system. There will be a nominal fee charged for this service. To determine what your convenience fee will be, a fee calculator is provided to assist you

  • Fines listed are subject to change without notice.
  • All fines listed may be higher, depending on certain exceptions.
  • Juveniles under the age of 17 must appear before the judge in open court before payment of a fine will be accepted.
  • Minors under the age of 21 charged with an alcohol / drug-related violation must appear before the judge in open court before payment of a fine will be accepted
