The City and staff of Clear Lake Shores want to give a massive shout-out and thank you to everyone who cast their votes in this year's spectacular Halloween “Battle of the Balconies”! The competition was fierce, the decorations were spooky, and your participation made it a ghoulishly good time!

Without further ado... (insert thunderous drum roll here)... the winners of this epic, high-stakes battle are:


  • Honorable mention to Jorge and Odi, our amazing Public Works department, for assisting all teams
  • 5th place Boo-ti-ful Farm, Desi Saenz, Court Clerk
  • 4th place – Bewitched, Tiffany Wilson, Assistant Court Administrator
  • 3rd: "Mutant Sewer Rat" by Angie Galvan, Assistant City Secretary, and Mike Kramm, City Administrator
  • Tied for 2ndPlace:

    2. "Deadliest Catch" by the CLSPD
